The problem
When the order, the dispatcher, the driver, the warehouse, and the invoice sit in different chats and files, one delay becomes a cash-flow problem.
One delay can create a chain reaction.
One connected operations flow.
Operations flow
The visitor should see the operating path, not a pile of unrelated modules.
Dispatch
Dispatchers can see work in one place instead of coordinating everything through calls, messages, and spreadsheets. Assign a truck and a driver to an order. Assignment is blocked if the truck is not available or the driver license is expired.
| Trip | Vehicle | Driver | Pickup | Destination | Schedule | Status | Customer | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DSP-1042 | Truck 102 | Santos | Plant A | Bulacan site | 08:30 | In transit | ABC Builders | Not billed |
| DSP-1043 | Truck 118 | Reyes | Plant A | Cavite site | 07:10 | Completed | Harbor Dev | Invoiced |
| DSP-1044 | Truck 121 | Cruz | Warehouse B | Laguna site | 09:00 | Delayed | North Clinic | Not billed |
Statuses are staff-updated on the dispatch board. This is not live GPS tracking.
Fleet
Register vehicles, assign them to dispatches, and see what is available, already assigned, or under maintenance. Utilization on the operations dashboard is assigned trucks versus the registered fleet.
| Vehicle | Type | Driver | Current job | Status | Maintenance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TRK-102 | Mixer | Santos | DSP-1042 | Assigned | Operational |
| TRK-118 | Dump | Reyes | DSP-1043 | Assigned | Operational |
| TRK-130 | Mixer | — | — | Available | Operational |
| TRK-141 | Pump | — | — | Available | Under maintenance |
No telematics, GPS, fuel-card feed, or automatic mileage in this release. Fuel and cost history fields exist; they are not a live costing engine.
Delivery performance
Delivery monitoring records scheduled arrival, actual arrival, and status. Delayed and cancelled updates require a reason. Management sees delayed counts on the logistics dashboard.
| Destination | Scheduled | Actual arrival | Status | Driver | Customer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bulacan site | 10:30 | — | In transit | Santos | ABC Builders |
| Cavite site | 09:15 | 09:08 | Completed | Reyes | Harbor Dev |
| Laguna site | 11:00 | — | Delayed | Cruz | North Clinic |
There is no live ETA engine and no map tracking. Use scheduled time, actual arrival, and status.
Delivery receipt
Digital delivery receipts capture quantity, receiver name, and a proof note. Staff verify the receipt. Invoice readiness stays blocked until that verification is complete.
| Receipt | Customer | Date | Receiver | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DR-2218 | Harbor Dev | 4 Sep 2026 | J. Ramos | Verified |
| DR-2219 | ABC Builders | 4 Sep 2026 | — | For verification |
In-app signature capture, photo upload, and public QR verification are not in this release. The live form is a staff-verified receipt with a proof note.
Warehouse → road
Warehouse and transport should not operate as separate companies. On the same tenant, Warehouse holds locations, bins, receiving, and transfers. Logistics holds the dispatch and delivery record. Inventory planning flags low stock before the next load.
Confirm the logistics order.
Check inventory planning and reorder signals.
Warehouse transfers move pending → picked → shipped.
Dispatch moves for loading → loaded → dispatched.
Delivery monitoring records in transit through completed.
Pick and pack live in the Warehouse module. Logistics does not auto-create a pick list from a dispatch.
Billing
After a delivery receipt is verified, the workspace can prepare a sales-invoice link for human review. Collections then follow the sales invoice status on the same tenant — not billed, invoiced, pending payment, paid, collected, or overdue.
This is a billing handoff, not automatic invoice posting to accounting.
Numbers
Sales quotations, invoices, and accounting sit on the same tenant as dispatch. The copilot can draft a profitability summary for a human to review. There is no automatic per-trip P&L calculator.
Customer coordination
Open the customer, the delivery status, the assigned driver, and the billing status from the same workspace. Faster internal coordination. Fewer status calls.
| Customer | Delivery | Status | Driver | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ABC Builders | DSP-1042 | In transit | Santos | Not billed |
| Harbor Dev | DSP-1043 | Completed | Reyes | Invoiced |
This is an internal operations view. There is no public customer tracking portal in this release.
Multi-location
The Warehouse module supports multiple locations, bins, and transfers on the same tenant. Logistics dispatch, inventory planning, and billing sit beside those locations — not in a second product.

Management
The logistics dashboard counts active deliveries, delayed deliveries, fleet assignment, pending receipts, low stock, and management alerts. Reports and the Work OS cockpit sit on the same tenant.
Sample operations figures for demonstration. Not a customer result.
Exceptions
Management should manage exceptions, not inspect every trip. The logistics digest surfaces delayed deliveries, pending receipt verification, trucks under maintenance, low stock, expired licenses or registration, and QA/QC failures.
These are dashboard counts and management alerts — not SMS or live map pings.

Before / after
Foundation
Logistics is the operations layer. The same tenant already has the modules logistics companies grow into.
AI assistant
The logistics copilot drafts read-only recommendations. A person still assigns the truck, updates the status, and posts the invoice.
The copilot does not dispatch trucks, send GPS pings, or create invoices.
