Each work order carries an estimated material cost from the BOM and an actual cost from recorded usage variance. Accounting on the same tenant is Philippine BIR CAS-ready — chart, journals, VAT/EWT, and working papers. CAS-ready is not BIR approval.

Does NexoBiz support multi-level BOMs?
Yes. Manufactured components can link a child BOM. Cost roll-up is recursive, circular references are blocked, and nesting has a supported depth limit.
Does NexoBiz automatically issue material requisitions?
No. Staff reserve materials from the BOM, then staff issue reserved lines. The workspace does not auto-create purchase requisitions or auto-decrement inventory in this release.
Can I track batch or lot numbers?
You can store an optional batch/lot note on BOM and reservation lines, and flag inventory items as batch-tracked or serial-tracked. This is not a full expiry / FEFO / genealogy engine.
Does NexoBiz schedule machines and measure operator efficiency?
No. Work orders have due dates, a production-line label, and an assigned operator name. There is no machine calendar, OEE, or live efficiency feed.
Does NexoBiz calculate exact product margins in real time?
No. You get BOM standard material cost and planned vs actual material variance on the work order. That is not a live selling-price margin or overhead absorption engine.
Does NexoBiz generate automatic P&L per product line?
No. Manufacturing does not auto-build product-line P&L from the shop floor. Quotation P&L templates exist for bids. Financial statements live in the Accounting module after human journal approval.
Is NexoBiz BIR-approved for factories?
The Accounting module is BIR CAS-ready (Philippine chart, journal approval, VAT/EWT, books, and working papers). CAS-ready is not BIR approval. The taxpayer still registers and files with the BIR/RDO.
Can multiple factory roles use one workspace?
Yes. Permissions cover BOM approval, work-order create/manage, warehouse reserve/issue, QC, operator progress, and cost-variance visibility.
